72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
Every first-time PostgreSQL database cluster provisioned on Sylense (Developer, Production, Enterprise) includes a 72-hour window. If the database does not meet your performance expectations or requirements, we issue a complete refund. No difficult hoops or automated runarounds.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
The 72-hour refund policy activates automatically the moment your database cluster is provisioned and marked active in your dashboard. You may request a refund at any point within the first 72 hours from the exact transaction timestamp.
2. Qualifying Services
The refund guarantee applies to all standard recurring PostgreSQL database plans:
- Developer Plan (1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 10 GB NVMe Storage)
- Production Plan (2 Dedicated vCPUs, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe Storage)
- Enterprise Plan (4 Dedicated vCPUs, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe Storage)
3. How to Request a Refund
Initiating a refund request is straightforward and takes less than two minutes:
- Log in to your Sylense dashboard at sylense.in/dashboard.
- Open a support ticket or ping our 24/7 developer support channel.
- Provide your registered account email and invoice ID, and state that you wish to invoke the 72-hour refund guarantee.
- Our billing team confirms the transaction and initiates the refund through Razorpay within 24 hours.

- UPI Payments: Instant or 1 to 2 business days.
